Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and products.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills:
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
Basic understanding of BPO operations and customer service principles.
Experience in business development is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
