Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing sales orders, processing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.
Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure that all sales processes are executed efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.




Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance and achieving targets.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in sales support and coordination, with a solid understanding of order processing and quotation management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
