As an International Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the travel planning process, and ensuring that their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing tailored travel solutions.
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with clients' interests and budgets.
Handle inquiries and bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends to provide informed advice.




Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and services for clients.
Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels, addressing any issues that may arise.

Required Skills:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of international travel destinations and travel planning processes.
Experience in a BPO voice or international call center setting is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools.
