We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our energetic team in Karnataka or Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our clients, ensuring that their IT issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of service desk operations, active directory management, and proficiency in Office 365 applications. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory and Office 365.
Manage service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution of user requests.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain documentation of support processes and user interactions.




Assist in the onboarding of new employees by setting up their IT accounts and access.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools to enhance support services.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of service desk operations and IT helpdesk processes.
Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in an international BPO setting is a plus.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is advantageous.
