We are seeking a QA Onboarding, KYC & Customer Servicing Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in testing customer onboarding processes, KYC compliance, and customer servicing applications. This role involves validating digital customer journeys, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations, and testing various workflows related to account opening and customer servicing.

Key Responsibilities include performing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of customer onboarding and servicing applications. You will be responsible for testing digital registration processes, validating customer identity setups, and ensuring the accuracy of account-opening workflows. Additionally, you will validate KYC processes and manage hand-offs between onboarding and origination systems. Your role will also involve testing consent management, customer profile updates, and document upload and verification flows. You will verify customer service requests, manage complaint workflows, and ensure data consistency across integrated systems.

As part of your responsibilities, you will identify, document, track,



and retest defects throughout the onboarding and servicing journeys. You will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate closely with both business and technology teams. Experience in API testing, backend validation, and integration testing will be essential for this role.

Required skills include a minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, KYC, account opening, or customer servicing testing. A solid understanding of digital registration and customer identity verification workflows is crucial. Knowledge of KYC, consent management, customer profile management, and document management processes is necessary. Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skills are essential. Preferred technical skills include integration testing across various systems, UI and API test automation, and proficiency in SQL for backend data validation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented approach to testing customer data and processes.
