Process Specialist – Financial Spreading

Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA

Job Responsibilities
Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Extract and spread financial data from company financial statements into standardized formats.
Review financial information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Analyze financial ratios and key financial indicators.
Identify discrepancies and ensure data quality as per process guidelines.
Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Follow established financial spreading procedures and compliance standards.

Required Skills
2–4 years of relevant experience in Financial Spreading.
Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Knowledge of financial statement analysis and financial ratios.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Positive MS Excel and data analysis skills.
Willingness to work in rotational/adaptable shifts.
