Store Manager — UNTLD. (Untitled Clothing)

Location: Mumbai | Full time, on-site

We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. You’ll own daily operations, drive sales, manage the store team, and ensure every customer has a outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve store sales targets through active selling, customer service, and team coaching.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and performance.
Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, and store cleanliness in line with brand standards.
Oversee stock receiving, quality checks, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Manage billing, cash reconciliation, and daily opening and closing procedures.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
Track sales, conversion,



average bill value, and units per bill; share daily performance reports.
Coordinate with the head office on stock requirements, customer feedback, and store improvements.

Requirements
At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, with experience managing a team.
Robust sales, communication, and leadership skills.
Comfortable using POS systems and maintaining basic Excel reports.
Organised, accountable, and attentive to detail.
Available to work weekends and holidays as per the store roster.
