Role Description The General Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position oversees the sales team, sets sales targets, and develops strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and mentoring sales representatives, monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular sales meetings, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The General Sales Manager collaborates with leadership on pricing, promotions, and market positioning,



and maintains relationships with key clients and partners. The role also involves analyzing local market trends, preparing sales reports, and implementing processes that improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and coaching.
