Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source and attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Recruitment Metrics And Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and overall hiring processes.
Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and progress.
Education
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages or a related field.
Experience
Appreciated a previous internship experience in HR with a focus on recruiting.
