Role Description This is a full time, in office Internal Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Internal Sales Executive will manage incoming inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations, and support the full sales cycle from lead qualification to order closure. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries, coordinating with production and logistics teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and ensuring timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts,



and providing proactive customer service to meet revenue and margin targets. The Internal Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the external sales team and management to support sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales experience, including handling inquiries and supporting the end-to-end sales process
Ability to prepare accurate Quotations and work with pricing, product specifications, and commercial terms
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
Customer Service skills, including managing follow-ups, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term relationships
Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture recent prospects
Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM or sales management tools
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in industrial products, metals, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
