Additional Info : Attend Calls From Customers & Understand Their Requirements.After Understanding The Customer Requirement, Give Them A Solution.If A Solution Is Not Sufficient Through A Phone Call, Send A Query To The Hardware Or Software Guy.Also If The Customer Query Is About Courier Status Then Let Them Know & Also Inform The Dispatch Team. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel
