Role Description The Business Growth Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving recent business and expanding existing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations with prospective clients, and preparing proposals tailored to their sustainability and recycling needs. The role involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations and sustainability teams to ensure smooth implementation of services.



The Business Growth Executive will also analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to growth strategies that strengthen the company’s presence in the sustainability and waste management sector.

Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
Knowledge of sustainability, waste management, recycling practices, and climate change concepts
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with skills in stakeholder engagement and proposal writing
Analytical and strategic thinking skills for market research, forecasting, and growth planning
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced setting
Prior experience in B2B sales, environmental services, or related industries is highly beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field preferred
Comfort with in office client interactions in Mumbai and willingness to travel locally as needed
