Responsibilities to plan and implement various merchandising strategies
to collaborate and source from vendors and handicraft artisans and build long lasting relationships with them.
Understanding our market requirement, monitoring inventory
Making Product Specification sheets and cost sheets to use during production
Calculating the consumption of raw material to maximize profits, monitoring the sourcing of material for production
Ensuring quality of products made by artisans




Ensuring product packaging & displays appeal to patrons
Forecasting the production of different product categories
Vendor negotiations and raising purchase orders

The candidate must be able to handle supply chain issues and monitoring artisans living in remote areas. The candidate is expected to have excellent organization and interpersonal and decision-making skills, to handle pressure and ensure clients are satisfied in the best possible way besides meeting the company’s targets
