We're Hiring for Our Client: Remote Office Manager – Construction (US EST Shift)

TriosCo is hiring on behalf of our client, East Coast Design Group, a family-run home improvement contractor serving Long Island, Current York since 1986. They run two businesses: Restoration, and Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling. They're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to work remotely from India and keep their office running smoothly during US East Coast hours.

Client: East Coast Design Group (Long Island, NY) Shift: US Eastern Time (7:00 AM – 4:00 AM EST), Monday to Friday Location: Remote, India Type: Full time

What you'll do:

• Answer and return phone calls from homeowners, vendors and subcontractors

• Manage the company inbox, respond to emails and flag urgent items

• Prepare, review and track building contracts and change orders

• Review credit card statements and categorize expenses





• Review bank statements and flag discrepancies or unusual transactions

• Support the owner with scheduling, follow-ups and day-to-day admin

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in an office manager, executive assistant, or admin role, ideally supporting a US client

• Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable speaking with US homeowners

• Experience reviewing contracts, invoices, or financial statements

• Construction, remodeling, or restoration experience is a big plus.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.

• Organized, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential financial information

• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a backup power source
