Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Target Industry: Heavy Machinery / Mining / Material Handling Industry (EOT Cranes, Loaders, Feeders, Dumpers, Crushers, Excavators, etc.)

Role Overview

These roles will drive plant asset health, operational availability, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across heavy machinery operations.

Key Responsibilities by Focus Area
Maintenance Operations (Preventive & Workshop):

Manage preventive, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance across field equipment and workshop overhauls.

Lead shutdown planning, resource allocation, field emergency repairs,



and fabrication/restoration support.
Equipment Reliability & Asset Health:

Oversee component lifecycle management, major component rebuilding, and equipment standardization.

Drive predictive/condition-based monitoring, technical audits, lubrication management, and performance assessments.
Operational Excellence & Digital Innovation:

Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure investigations to prevent repeat breakdowns.

Implement digital maintenance practices, maintenance benchmarking, and value engineering initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

8+ years of hands-on experience maintaining heavy machinery (Crushers, Dumpers, Loaders, Feeders, EOT Cranes, etc.).

Robust expertise in preventive/predictive maintenance, component overhauling, and breakdown troubleshooting.

Background in failure root cause analysis (RCA), equipment health audits, and maintenance digitization.

Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
