About the Role

Kitchen Koncept is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Showroom Sales & CRM Executive to manage customer enquiries, assist showroom visitors, handle telecalling, and maintain robust relationships with potential customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and experience in handling sales enquiries and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and assist them with product enquiries.
Telecalling & Follow-ups: Contact prospective customers, respond to enquiries, and conduct timely follow-ups.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update lead statuses, and track follow-up activities.




Appointment Coordination: Schedule showroom visits and coordinate customer appointments.
Sales Assistance: Provide information about modular kitchens and kitchen appliances to support the sales process.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in customer handling, telecalling, sales coordination, or CRM management.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.

What We Offer
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹16,000/month
