Business & Enterprise Facilitator | Worldschooling Hub Goa

South Goa, India | Full time, three-month contract beginning in early January 2027

Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience.

Help older children and teenagers turn ideas into practical projects. Guide participants through developing an idea, understanding customers, budgeting, pricing, marketing and presenting their work. Projects might include creating a product, offering a service or running a small community market. Encourage initiative, teamwork and problem-solving through experience.

Essential requirements
Practical experience running a business, launching projects or teaching enterprise.
Experience teaching or mentoring international students.
A valuable level of spoken English.
Ability to explain business concepts clearly and adapt activities to different ages.




A supportive approach that builds confidence and encourages ethical decision-making.
Availability for the full three-month contract in South Goa.

Experience in ethical enterprise, social impact projects or creative businesses is welcome. Ability to lead occasional business skills exchanges for parents is an advantage.

Worldschooling Hub Goa is an international family learning community in South Goa. Our property is built on permaculture principles and we work with a permaculturist.
