Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Naihati. The Sales and Marketing Representative will engage with walk-in and referred customers, present product options, explain features and pricing, and support customers throughout the buying process. The role includes developing and executing basic sales and marketing activities, such as local promotions, product displays, and follow-up with potential leads. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining product knowledge, updating records of inquiries and sales, coordinating with the showroom or warehouse team, and providing after-sales support where needed. The representative will collaborate with management to meet sales targets,



collect customer feedback, and help improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to promote products, close sales, and support basic marketing efforts.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn product details quickly and, when needed, guide team members or customers on product use and care.
Basic understanding of retail operations or furniture sales is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Naihati, manage time effectively, and meet individual and team targets.
Comfort using phones, messaging apps, and simple computer tools for lead tracking and follow-up.
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
