Teen Programme Coordinator | Worldschooling Hub Goa

South Goa, India | Full time, three-month contract beginning in early January 2027

We are looking for an approachable, organised coordinator to help teenagers feel connected, involved and supported within our international family learning community. You will shape a varied programme with teens, giving them a voice in the activities and projects they pursue.

Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate engaging teen activities, team-oriented projects and social opportunities.
Work with teachers, sports coaches and visiting facilitators to create a balanced programme.
Support friendships, inclusion, independence, teamwork and confidence.
Help teenagers explore interests through practical learning, creative work, enterprise and community projects.
Welcome new participants and support teens who take time to settle into a group.
Communicate clearly with parents and the hub team, manage schedules and resources, and follow safeguarding and supervision procedures.

Essential requirements
Experience working directly with teenagers in education, youth work, camps or a similar setting.




Experience working with international students or young people from different cultural backgrounds.
A valuable level of spoken English.
Strong organisation, communication and group facilitation skills.
A warm, inclusive approach, clear professional boundaries and sound judgement.
Availability in South Goa for the full three-month contract.

Relevant teaching, youth work or facilitation qualifications are welcome. First aid training and experience with alternative education, project-based learning or teen mentoring would be an advantage.

Worldschooling Hub Goa is an international family learning community in South Goa. Our property is built on permaculture principles and we work with a permaculturist.
