The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering & construction plan for residential building construction in West Bengal. They should have experience in end-to-end building construction activities with using Revit / AutoCAD and be able to utilize solid design skills. By utilizing solid organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute & monitoring a construction project based on the criteria outlined.

Responsibilities
Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
Execute project based on outlined criteria

Qualifications
Regular Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to residential building construction, site execution and monitoring
Experience with Revit / AutoCAD
Solid organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
Exceptional skill in Foundation, Shuttering. Structure, BBS, Brick Layout, Finishing etc.
