Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based at Tapping Feet Dance and Fitness Centre in Bengaluru. This role involves promoting the centre’s classes and programs, handling walk-in and phone inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments. The specialist will manage local marketing initiatives, including social media posts, partnerships, and promotional events, while maintaining accurate records of prospects and customers. Daily activities include engaging with current participants for referrals, coordinating with instructors to highlight class offerings,



and preparing basic reports on sales performance and marketing activities. The role also includes conducting product briefings or orientation sessions for current clients and supporting occasional in-centre events and campaigns.
Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and existing participants.
Proven Sales abilities, including lead follow-up, conversion, and basic Sales Management or tracking of sales activities.
Experience in Training or delivering clear program explanations, orientations, or demos to potential clients.
Comfort with basic marketing activities such as social media updates, local promotions, and event support.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including some evenings or weekends as needed for classes and events.
Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records and reports.
Previous experience in fitness, dance, education, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
