Role Description

As a Performance Marketing specialist, you'll drive paid acquisition across Meta and Google, with a focus on converting users into paying subscribers. You'll own campaign planning, execution and optimization, build attribution models and cohort analyses using BigQuery and GA4, and track acquisition costs, retention and subscription performance.

You'll run experiments across creatives, targeting, bidding and landing pages, and optimize paywall funnels, including Hinglish copy, trial-to-paid conversion and churn reduction. You'll also forecast the impact of recent channels on CAC and payback, work with Product on referrals and retention features, and evaluate emerging acquisition channels, organic growth and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications
1–5 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.




Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Robust understanding of subscription unit economics, including CAC, payback periods and LTV.
Ability to use BigQuery and GA4 for attribution, cohort analysis and performance measurement.
Curiosity about why users convert, retain and churn, and the ability to turn those insights into experiments.
A data-driven, first-principles approach to solving marketing problems.
Ability to test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages systematically.
Comfortable moving quickly, prioritizing experiments and making limited budgets work harder.
Ability to collaborate with Product on referral mechanics, viral loops and retention features.
