Role Description The Questions Maker role is a full-time, in office position based in Krishnaganj. In this role, the team member will design and develop explicit, accurate, and engaging questions for educational and AI-driven content across multiple subjects and levels. Responsibilities include researching topics, organizing information, and drafting questions that test understanding, application, and critical thinking. The role also involves reviewing and refining existing question banks, ensuring consistency in difficulty and format, and aligning questions with defined learning objectives.



The Questions Maker will collaborate with content designers and technical staff, provide feedback on question performance, and maintain documentation and standards for question creation.
Qualifications
Strong research and analytical abilities to understand topics, identify key concepts, and translate them into precise questions.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and in a structured, learner-friendly manner.
Attention to detail and quality, including careful review, fact-checking, and error-free question drafting.
Basic understanding of educational design or assessment principles, such as levels of difficulty, Bloom’s taxonomy, or formative vs. summative evaluation.
Ability to work on-site in Krishnaganj, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Comfort with using digital tools for documentation, content management, and communication.
