They are looking for qualified Optometrists to conduct eye examinations, provide accurate prescriptions, recommend suitable eyewear, and deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. The role combines optometry expertise with customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct eye examinations by following prescribed optometry process.
Explain prescriptions and recommend suitable lenses and frames.
Perform quality checks on fitted lenses before product delivery.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate eyewear.
Support sales targets, eye-test conversions,



and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and coordinate product pickups and returns.
Maintain store hygiene, equipment, inventory, and operational SOPs.

Requirements
Diploma in Optometry is mandatory.
Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to build customer relationships and recommend suitable solutions.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven approach.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a energetic retail workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
