Job Description: Venue Manager
Lakeside Socials | Bengaluru – KR Puram / Budigere Cross
Employment Type: Full time
Experience: 3–6 years
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
Additional Earnings: Performance-based commission on bookings and revenue generation
Compensation & Incentives
Fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000–₹35,000, depending on experience and suitability.
Additional commission for generating and converting event bookings.
Performance-linked earnings that reward business development, sales conversions and revenue growth.
We are looking for a hands-on skilled who can independently manage venue operations while actively driving bookings, building client relationships and growing revenue for Lakeside Socials.
