Role purpose

Lead technical operations across the city, maintain reliable building systems and ensure timely closure of technical issues through regular site rounds.

Key responsibilities
Oversee HVAC, electrical, DG, UPS, plumbing, lifts, fire systems and BMS within Smartworks operating scope.
Conduct technical rounds across all buildings; identify equipment risks and drive corrective action with Centre Heads and site engineers.




Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule and verify equipment performance after servicing.
Investigate recurring breakdowns and implement permanent solutions with OEMs and vendors.
Track technical inspections, certifications and statutory actions with HSE, building owners and relevant agencies.
Manage technical vendor performance, maintenance quality and critical spare requirements.
Review asset condition, energy consumption and repair costs; recommend justified replacements and improvements.
Guide site engineering teams and support technical readiness checks for recent buildings and client handovers.
