Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and growing key client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing appropriate solutions and support. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and high-quality service. The Account Manager will track account performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.



This position also includes handling client issues, supporting contract renewals, and contributing to revenue and relationship-building goals.
Qualifications
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer service and account growth.
Skills in sales, negotiation, and basic business development to identify and pursue new prospects within existing accounts.
Competence in organizing tasks, managing multiple accounts, and using CRM or similar tools for tracking activities and performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and reporting.
Comfort working with numbers, including basic budgeting, forecasting, and understanding of revenue and margin drivers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in account management, client servicing, or sales in a corporate environment is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, structured work setting.
