Delivery Head - Travel & Transportation

Role: This role carries end-to-end responsibility for strategy, P&L;, revenue growth, strategic accounts, large-deal execution, delivery excellence, and market expansion. The successful candidate will shape the portfolio's growth agenda, strengthen executive client relationships, build differentiated industry propositions, and lead high-performing global teams.

The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in IT services, consulting, and digital transformation, with the credibility to engage C-suite stakeholders and the operational discipline to convert strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the portfolio strategy, P&L;, revenue, profitability, and operating performance.

Lead current business development, account expansion, and executive-level client engagement.

Set the industry agenda and develop relevant solutions across: Airlines and Travel: Airline technology, passenger experience, loyalty, travel platforms, and digital operations.

Build and lead a high-performing global leadership team spanning business development, consulting, delivery, and technology.
