Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities for the Haridwar office. This full-time, in office role involves administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll inputs, and supporting performance management processes. The position also includes handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management on workforce planning,



ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support training and development initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to manage core HR functions.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the capability to help implement and maintain them.
Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Solid understanding of local labor laws and statutory requirements relevant to Haridwar and the surrounding region.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to work in office, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use HR software or HRIS tools effectively.
