Role Description The Research and Development Assistant is a full time, in office role based in Mathura. This role supports the R&D; team in developing, testing, and improving power converter products and related systems. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in laboratory experiments, recording and analyzing test data, preparing technical documentation, and supporting prototype development and evaluation. The R&D; Assistant collaborates with engineers to conduct research on materials, components, and designs, and helps ensure that experiments follow safety and quality standards.



The role also involves maintaining laboratory equipment, organizing test setups, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D; function.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret technical data and test results.
Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills to support experiments, data collection, and product improvement activities.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with engineers, documenting findings, and preparing reports.
Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills, including protected handling of equipment, basic measurements, and adherence to lab procedures.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline are beneficial.
Basic understanding of power electronics, circuits, or industrial electrical systems is an advantage.
Ability to follow technical instructions, work systematically, and maintain accurate records is essential.
