Job Description
Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision for lending or credit-based products.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer studies to identify growth prospects.
Collaborate with business, technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver product enhancements and recent features.
Monitor product performance using data and analytics to drive continuous improvements.
Ensure regulatory compliance while incorporating innovative fintech solutions and industry best practices

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
2+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within fintech, lending, payments, or financial services.
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience working in agile product development environments.
