Role - Jr Desktop Support Executive ( Please note this entry level position )

Experience 6 Months to -3 Years

CTC upto - 4 lpa

Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network devices, and firewalls.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
Network Administration
Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and WiFi networks.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Manage switches, routers, and firewall configurations.
Server & System Administration
Manage Windows Server settings and Active Directory.
Handle user account management, group policies, and access control.
Maintain server backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Security & Compliance
Implement IT security policies, antivirus, and endpoint protection.




Monitor system logs and security alerts.
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and audit requirements.
IT Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain IT asset inventory including laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices.
Track asset allocation and lifecycle management.
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide L2/L3 level technical support to users.
Resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, Email, and applications.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Manage data backup systems and recovery procedures.
Ensure regular backup verification and restoration testing.
