Hiring for Regional Credit Manager – Agri Lending

Job Summary:

Responsible for regional credit underwriting, loan appraisal, and portfolio monitoring for agricultural lending. Ensure compliance with bank policies, assess borrower creditworthiness, manage credit risk, and lead the regional credit team. The role also involves rural market visits and coordination with sales teams, lead banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Review, recommend, and approve agri loan proposals as per bank policies and delegated authority.
Monitor regional loan portfolios and identify early warning signals to prevent defaults.
Ensure credit quality, proper documentation, and periodic credit reviews.




Lead and mentor Credit Managers and Area Credit Managers.
Coordinate with sales and business teams for smooth loan processing.
Visit rural markets and APMCs for credit assessment and loan monitoring.
Manage both B2B and B2C agricultural lending.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA Finance or relevant postgraduate degree with mandatory IIBF Certified Credit Skilled or Moody's Analytics Retail Lending certification, as applicable.
Experience: 10–12 years in agricultural lending.
Mandatory Exposure: Both B2B and B2C lending.
