Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma/Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in a chemical manufacturing plant, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Key Requirements:
Positive knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Robust leadership skills and the ability to manage the workforce effectively.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.
