External Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Lead the charge in improving plant efficiency by implementing creative strategies and solutions, focusing on manpower optimization and output maximization for our tyre production.
Be a champion for cost reduction at our manufacturing facilities, identifying and implementing effective cost-saving measures without compromising quality or efficiency.
Spearhead the deployment of Quality Based Management (QBM) initiatives across multiple production units, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable improvements in operational performance.
Drive a culture of safety and compliance by implementing and monitoring robust safety protocols and actively contributing to the achievement of EHS roadmap targets.
Be a key player in enhancing our commitment to quality and consistency, driving improvements in quality systems and ensuring we consistently deliver products that meet the highest standards.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, quality,



safety, and procurement to ensure seamless execution of improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, ideally within the tyre industry.
Robust understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
A cooperative and results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
