Experience
1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in an OSD manufacturing plant.
Job Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
Monitor AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
Monitor temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure in manufacturing areas.
Ensure HVAC systems comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.
Maintain HVAC logbooks, maintenance records, and equipment history.
Support HVAC qualification, validation, and requalification activities.
Coordinate with external agencies for HVAC maintenance and servicing.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and engineering standards.
