Job Description:
Responsible for the secure, comfortable and comprehensive nursing care for all patients under her/his care.
Orient new Patient to the unit
Responsible to perform all procedures as per hospital policies and protocols.
Provide a secure and clean setting for the patients.
To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
Coordinate patient care with various health care team members
Before administering medication to patients make sure to take the proper precautions that each medication requires in order to avoid reactions and complications for e.g. Check blood sugar before administering Insulin and keep food ready. Check B/P before administering Anti-hypertensive medication.
