Job Description: NPD Executive – Oral Care

Company: Vithoba Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd.

Location: MIDC, Hingna Road, Nagpur

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Develop recent oral care products such as toothpaste, tooth powder, herbal dental paste, and mouthwash.
Work on formulation development, ingredient selection, and product improvement.
Conduct product trials, stability testing, and quality evaluations with the R&D; team.
Identify raw materials and coordinate with suppliers for samples and costing.
Study competitor products, market trends, pricing, and packaging.
Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Production, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
Maintain product development documentation and support product launches.
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.

Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in Oral Care, Toothpaste, Tooth Powder, Herbal Dental Products, or FMCG product development.

Salary: As per experience.
