Role Description The Group Account Director roles are full-time, in office positions based in Gurgaon. The roles lead key client accounts, overseeing strategic direction, relationship management, and revenue growth while ensuring high-quality delivery of event solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising end-to-end project lifecycles, guiding design conceptualization for stages, environments, and brand experiences, and aligning design outputs with client objectives and budgets. The role manages and mentors account, project, and teams, coordinates cross-functional collaboration, and ensures timelines, quality standards,



and financial targets are met. The Group Account Director also participates in business development, pitches, and presentations, contributing to new business wins and ongoing client retention.

Qualifications
Robust account management skills, with experience in client relationship-building, strategic account planning, and long-term partnership development.
Proven team management and team leadership abilities, including mentoring, performance oversight, and collaborative decision-making.
A proven track record in business development, pitching, negotiation, and revenue growth in events.
Robust project management skills, including planning, budgeting, timeline management, and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Background in event management, experiential marketing; prior leadership experience in large event agency environments is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
