Hiring for "Regional Recovery Manager-Wholesale Banking" in a leading Bank.

Location-Delhi.
Monitor NPA reduction, stressed asset recovery, write-offs, and achievement of recovery targets.
Ensure timely SARFAESI actions, e-auctions, legal proceedings, and OTS approvals.
Prepare portfolio performance reports for management, audit, compliance, and regulatory authorities.
Manage recovery agencies, payouts, staff allocation, and collection team performance.
Conduct field visits, identify process gaps, and implement corrective measures.
Coordinate with Business, Legal, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations teams.
Handle customer complaints, fraud cases, and recovery-related escalations.
Supervise Collection Managers (CMs), manpower planning, recruitment, and staff training.

Preferred Profile:
Robust experience in stressed asset management, NPA recovery, and collections.
