Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchasing processes, with a focus on post-handover requirements for real estate projects. The role involves ensuring timely procurement of materials and services, cost efficiency, and compliance with company procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for post-handover operations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure competitive procurement.
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up on pending orders.
Support post-handover activities, including maintenance requirements, snagging rectification, and customer-related service requests.
Maintain vendor databases, procurement records, and documentation.
Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs, and delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, budgets, and approval procedures.




Resolve procurement-related issues and maintain effective supplier relationships.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in real estate, property management, construction, or facilities management.
Experience in post-handover operations or after-sales property services will be an advantage.
Solid vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of purchase orders, quotation evaluation, and procurement documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or procurement systems is preferred.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive procurement qualified with experience supporting real estate post-handover operations and managing vendors, materials, and service requirements.
