Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Assist with technical and non-technical hiring.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate trackers.
Support the recruitment team in the end-to-end hiring process.
Requirements
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment experience.
Basic exposure to technical recruitment preferred.
Valuable communication and sourcing skills.
Robust interest in Talent Acquisition and willingness to learn.
