Role Description The Finance Account Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records to support PInterview’s operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll administration. The specialist will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making,



while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, preparing regular reports for leadership, and supporting audit and tax-related activities as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Finance and Accounting skills, including knowledge of basic principles and practices.
Candidates should possess experience working with Financial Statements and related reporting tools.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support business decisions.
Candidates should possess practical experience with Payroll Administration and related compliance requirements.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and solid organizational skills.
Experience in a startup or tech-enabled services environment is a plus, along with familiarity with online platforms.
