About the role Job Description: City Operations Lead Warehouse Operations | SharePal Role Description SharePal is hiring a City Operations Lead to own warehouse operations for a city – dispatch and fulfilment, returns and QC, inventory, and customer issues. Once an order is confirmed, it belongs to the City Operations Lead's warehouse until it is marked completed. The City Operations Lead leads a team of 3–5 warehouse staff and reports to the Operations Manager. This is not a packing role; the City Operations Lead makes sure orders go out right and on time. Key Responsibilities 1 Dispatch & fulfilment: Ensure every confirmed order goes out complete, correct and on time. Track stock availability and flag shortages to central purchase before they break an order. 2 Returns & same-day QC: Ensure returns are checked within 24 hours. Send damaged items for repair immediately and keep the damage log accurate. 3 Inventory integrity:



Keep the right item in the right bin, with the system matching the shelf. Run stock counts, close out discrepancies and drive replenishment. 4 Customer ownership: Resolve every ticket raised against an order from the warehouse, whether by the customer or by central support, rather than forwarding it. 5 Floor team leadership: Manage 3–5 warehouse staff across picking, packing, QC and dispatch. 6 Cross-team coordination: Coordinate with central support and central purchase, and chase anything that stalls between teams. Requirements 1 1–3 years in warehouse, inventory or logistics (rental or ecommerce experience is a plus) 2 Able to lead a team of 3–5 and get work done through them 3 Comfortable with Excel and dashboards 4 Fluent in Hindi, English and the local language of the city 5 UG or PG graduates in any specialization
