Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Lawyer role based in New Delhi. The Junior Lawyer will support senior lawyers in researching legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents, and assisting in case preparation. Responsibilities include attending court hearings and client meetings as needed, organizing case files, and maintaining accurate documentation and timelines. The role involves analyzing statutes, regulations, and case law, preparing briefs and summaries, and contributing to legal strategies under supervision. The Junior Lawyer is expected to collaborate with colleagues, uphold confidentiality,



and follow professional and ethical standards in all work.
Qualifications
Strong legal research and analytical abilities, including proficiency in using legal databases and interpreting statutes, case law, and regulations.
Solid drafting and writing skills for contracts, pleadings, legal opinions, and client communications.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and case files effectively.
Transparent and professional communication skills, including the ability to explain legal concepts to clients and collaborate with team members.
LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council (or eligibility to enroll) is preferred.
Demonstrated interest in litigation and/or corporate advisory work; prior internships or training in law firms or chambers are an advantage.
Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, continuous learning, and maintaining professionalism in court and client interactions.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, adapt to a fast-paced setting, and respond positively to guidance and feedback.
