Job Description: Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with solid expertise in commercial interior fit-out projects, C&I; (Civil & Interiors) scope of work, and exposure to MEP services. The ideal candidate should be skilled in end-to-end project execution, stakeholder management, and client communication, with a preference for experience in workspace projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Oversee C&I; scope of work and coordinate with MEP teams for seamless project execution.
Manage project schedules, budgets, BOQs, site progress, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors,



contractors, and internal teams.
Maintain excellent client communication and proactively resolve project-related issues.
Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion within the agreed scope and budget.

Requirements
5–6 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out and commercial project management.
Solid understanding of C&I; scope of work and working knowledge of MEP services.
Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing project execution.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Workspace project management experience will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
