Role Description The Video Editor role at Bitsphere is a full time, position focused on creating high-quality video content for digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage into polished videos, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements that align with brand guidelines. The Video Editor will collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to understand project requirements, develop creative concepts, and adapt video content for various online channels. Additional tasks include managing video assets,



optimizing content for social media and web use, and maintaining consistency in style and quality across projects.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience assembling raw footage into engaging, cohesive stories.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.
Solid understanding of Graphics and visual design principles to create clean, qualified video layouts and overlays.
Experience with any industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
Ability to follow briefs, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
Solid attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and openness to feedback and iteration.
Prior experience creating video content for digital marketing, social media, or web campaigns is an advantage.
Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
