Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Ranchi. The Sales Associate will engage directly with customers, explain product features and perks, and support them in making purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing product displays, ensuring stock levels are maintained, handling point-of-sale transactions accurately, and keeping the sales area clean and organized. The role also involves promoting Vexor energy drink through upselling, sampling (where applicable), and local outreach, while collecting customer feedback to support continuous improvement.



The Sales Associate will collaborate with the store and regional team to meet sales targets and support promotional activities and events.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
Candidates should possess basic sales and retail skills, including product presentation, upselling, and handling cash or digital payments accurately.
Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to manage inventory, maintain displays, and complete daily tasks efficiently.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills to address customer concerns, respond to changing demands, and support team goals.
Candidates should possess basic computer or POS system skills and be comfortable learning new tools used in retail operations.
Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or beverage sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training or certification in sales or marketing is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, including weekends or extended hours as required by business needs.
