Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for Data Annotators based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. Data Annotators will be responsible for reviewing and labeling data sets such as text, images, audio, or video according to defined guidelines and annotation standards. The role involves maintaining high levels of accuracy, consistency, and detail while working with annotation tools and platforms. Day-to-day tasks include following project instructions, meeting productivity and quality targets, documenting observations, and collaborating with team members and project leads to resolve ambiguities in data.



Data Annotators may also provide feedback to improve annotation guidelines and support continuous improvement of data quality for machine learning and AI models.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow structured guidelines, and commitment to maintaining high data quality and accuracy.
Basic computer literacy, comfort working with web-based tools, spreadsheets, and annotation platforms.
Positive reading comprehension and written communication skills in English for understanding instructions and documenting findings.
Ability to work on repetitive tasks with focus, manage time effectively, and meet productivity and quality targets.
Cooperative mindset, willingness to ask clarifying questions, and openness to feedback and training.
Prior experience in data entry, content moderation, or data annotation is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts is an advantage, though not required.
Minimum educational qualification: completed secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
