Perleybrook Labs is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and basic GST/TDS compliance activities.

Position: Junior Accountant

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 1–2 Years

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries and ledger maintenance.
Perform bank reconciliation and vendor ledger reconciliation.
Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups.
Record invoices, payments, and employee expenses.
Assist with GST reconciliation, TDS compliance, and monthly closing.
Verify invoices and maintain supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for pending documents.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting.




1–2 years of accounting experience.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Valuable analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Key Expectations
Accurate and timely accounting entries.
Proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Timely identification and reporting of reconciliation differences.
Regular follow-up on pending invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
Ability to manage assigned tasks independently with guidance from the senior finance team.
